• Operational Data: booking notes, confirmations, reservation details.
• Technical: basic analytics and anti-spam (e.g., reCAPTCHA) to protect the form.

How We Use It

• Respond to inquiries and design itineraries.
• Coordinate reservations, tickets, guides, and transport.
• Improve the site (aggregate analytics) and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting duties.

Sharing

We share only what’s necessary with: email delivery (Resend), anti-spam (reCAPTCHA), payment processors (if used), and local vendors who fulfill services (restaurants, drivers, licensed guides). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry/itinerary records are generally kept up to 3 years (or longer if required by law). Vendor invoices/receipts are retained for the statutory period.
