This policy explains how Roam Rome, operated by Nexa Holdings LLC, uses your information when you inquire, plan, or travel with us.

Information We Collect

  • Contact & Trip Details: name, email, phone, dates, party size, preferences, messages.
  • Operational Data: booking notes, confirmations, reservation details.
  • Technical: basic analytics and anti-spam measures to protect the contact form.

How We Use It

  • Respond to inquiries and design itineraries.
  • Coordinate reservations, tickets, guides, and transport.
  • Improve the site (aggregate analytics) and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting duties.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with: email delivery (Resend), payment processors (if used), and local vendors who fulfill services (restaurants, drivers, licensed guides). We do not sell personal data.

Cookies, analytics, and widgets

We set a local preference when you accept the cookie notice. Until you accept, Google Analytics 4 does not load, and we send Google Consent Mode defaults that keep ad-related signals off. After acceptance, Google Analytics 4 runs on roamrome.net to understand aggregate traffic (no advertising cookies from us on that tag).

The GetYourGuide partner widget script loads only after the same acceptance, on pages where we surface affiliate tools.

The contact and checkout flows include timing-based anti-spam checks.

Retention

Inquiry/itinerary records are generally kept up to 3 years (or longer if required by law). Vendor invoices/receipts are retained for the statutory period.

International Transfers
